important: we understand that sometimes delivery services aren’t perfect and things can go wrong along the way in transit. with that being said, refunds, returns, exchanges and order remakes are ONLY available IF YOU purchase a TRACKED shipping option. we are not liable to send out another set for free if you willingly purchase an UNTRACKED shipping service. (if we upgrade the shipping service for you and it says delivered, you will have to contact your local postal service that delivered the package) the reason being is that every order is handmade which takes a lot of time and is of high value. we cannot just send out another for free without being sure that the item actually had not arrived. thank you for understanding!

with that being said please also note that "small packet" shipping method is an UNTRACKED service. the shipping time is a bit longer than others, but it is the cheapest option. 

to reiterate my store policy, we do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges under ANY circumstances due to the nature of our products. because of the fact that this is a small business it impacts us more than a large/normal operation or business. the only exception is if as stated you purchased tracking for the order; or an issue on my part. all sales are final. especially CUSTOM orders. thank you for understanding.
