i want a ready to ship set but it's not my size, what can i do?
since the set is already made no modifications can be done. that would qualify as a custom order (so that the ready to ship style will still be available) you'd select the custom order product, click which original price point it is, and write in the special notes box what the set is called as well as what size you are or custom measurements. dm on insta if you have any further questions!
what does each order come with?
each order over $50 CAD includes a full application kit:
- nail file
- nail glue
- alcohol prep wipe*
- cuticle pusher
- your kaydoll nailsʕ·ᴥ·ʔ
refund policy?
- for sanitary reasons as well as the fact that every order is handmade which takes hours to complete taking into account factors such as costs of products, etc, with that being said there are no refunds, returns, or exchanges.
how long does my order take to process?
- made to order and custom sets take 10-20 days to process.
- ready to ship sets typically go out the next day if not 1-3 days.
- how long is shipping?
- in order to have an exact estimate of when your order will arrive, you need to purchase a TRACKED shipping option. SMALL PACKET IS UNTRACKED. there is not a way for us to know this if you dont buy it on purchase/without a tracking number.
PRICING INFO:
Rts (ready to ship) sets are typically cheaper than made to order and customs. If you want a Rts set as a custom the price will increase to actual value, some sets have a sale price showing the initial cost. That will be the price of your custom. If it doesn’t show, it can range. ($10+ increase)
